By purchasing from Laguna Street Books, you agree to these terms.

Products We sell ebooks and paperback books. Ebook files are delivered digitally via BookFunnel. Paperbacks are shipped physically. Product descriptions are as accurate as possible; we reserve the right to correct errors.

Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order you've been charged for, you'll receive a full refund.

Digital Products Ebook sales are final once the download link has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we'll make it right.

Intellectual Property All content on this site — including book text, cover art, and descriptions — is the property of David Reichart or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability Laguna Street Books is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.

Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
