Refund Policy — Laguna Street Books

Digital Products (Ebooks) Due to the nature of digital goods, all ebook sales are final. Once a download link has been delivered, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. If you experience a technical issue accessing your ebook, please contact us at davidreichart@bellsouth.net and we'll make it right.

Physical Products (Paperbacks) We have a 30-day return policy for paperback orders. To be eligible, your book must be in the same condition you received it — unread or minimally read, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at davidreichart@bellsouth.net. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your book is damaged or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return a physical order within 14 days for any reason. Digital products are exempt from this right once download has begun.
